remove daily mobile jobs (#17163)

# Objective

- Daily mobile job has been failing for a long time
- It's in a weird state of hard to fix without knowing some passwords,
hard to monitor, and not that used anyway
- I keep a working version in the example runner repository that runs
more often

## Solution

- Remove the workflow from the Bevy repo
