Implement Std traits for SceneInstanceReady (#11003)

# Objective

Being able to do:
```rust
ev_scene_ready.read().next().unwrap();
```
Which currently isn't possible because `SceneInstanceReady` doesn't
implement `Debug`.

## Solution

Implement `Debug` for `SceneInstanceReady`.
