Add no_std Support to bevy_math (#15810)
# Objective

- Contributes to #15460

## Solution

- Added two new features, `std` (default) and `alloc`, gating `std` and
`alloc` behind them respectively.
- Added missing `f32` functions to `std_ops` as required. These `f32`
methods have been added to the `clippy.toml` deny list to aid in
`no_std` development.

## Testing

- CI
- `cargo clippy -p bevy_math --no-default-features --features libm
--target "x86_64-unknown-none"`
- `cargo test -p bevy_math --no-default-features --features libm`
- `cargo test -p bevy_math --no-default-features --features "libm,
alloc"`
- `cargo test -p bevy_math --no-default-features --features "libm,
alloc, std"`
- `cargo test -p bevy_math --no-default-features --features "std"`

## Notes

The following items require the `alloc` feature to be enabled:

- `CubicBSpline`
- `CubicBezier`
- `CubicCardinalSpline`
- `CubicCurve`
- `CubicGenerator`
- `CubicHermite`
- `CubicNurbs`
- `CyclicCubicGenerator`
- `RationalCurve`
- `RationalGenerator`
- `BoxedPolygon`
- `BoxedPolyline2d`
- `BoxedPolyline3d`
- `SampleCurve`
- `SampleAutoCurve`
- `UnevenSampleCurve`
- `UnevenSampleAutoCurve`
- `EvenCore`
- `UnevenCore`
- `ChunkedUnevenCore`

This requirement could be relaxed in certain cases, but I had erred on
the side of gating rather than modifying. Since `no_std` is a new set of
platforms we are adding support to, and the `alloc` feature is enabled
by default, this is not a breaking change.

Use en-us locale for typos (#16037)
# Objective

Bevy seems to want to standardize on "American English" spellings. Not
sure if this is laid out anywhere in writing, but see also #15947.

While perusing the docs for `typos`, I noticed that it has a `locale`
config option and tried it out.

## Solution

Switch to `en-us` locale in the `typos` config and run `typos -w`

## Migration Guide

The following methods or fields have been renamed from `*dependants*` to
`*dependents*`.

- `ProcessorAssetInfo::dependants`
- `ProcessorAssetInfos::add_dependant`
- `ProcessorAssetInfos::non_existent_dependants`
- `AssetInfo::dependants_waiting_on_load`
- `AssetInfo::dependants_waiting_on_recursive_dep_load`
- `AssetInfos::loader_dependants`
- `AssetInfos::remove_dependants_and_labels`

Move bevy_math Reflect impls (#13520)
# Objective

Fixes #13456

## Solution

Moved `bevy_math`'s `Reflect` impls from `bevy_reflect` to `bevy_math`.

### Quick note
I accidentally used the same commit message while resolving a merge
conflict (first time I had to resolve a conflict). Sorry about that.

Optimize the values for EMPTY rect. (#13470)
I am unsure if this needs changing, so let me know if I need to change
anything else.

# Objective

Fixes #13461.

## Solution

I applied the changes as suggested in the issue, and updated the doc
comments accordingly

## Testing

I don't think this needs too much testing, but there are no `cargo test`
failures.

Rename Rect inset() method to inflate() (#13452)
# Objective

- Fixes #13092.

## Solution

- Renamed the `inset()` method in `Rect`, `IRect` and `URect` to
`inflate()`.
- Added `EMPTY` constants to all `Rect` variants, represented by corners
with the maximum numerical values for each kind.

---

## Migration Guide

- Replace `Rect::inset()`, `IRect::inset()` and `URect::inset()` calls
with `inflate()`.

Replace or document ignored doctests (#11040)
# Objective

There are a lot of doctests that are `ignore`d for no documented reason.
And that should be fixed.

## Solution

I searched the bevy repo with the regex ` ```[a-z,]*ignore ` in order to
find all `ignore`d doctests. For each one of the `ignore`d doctests, I
did the following steps:
1. Attempt to remove the `ignored` attribute while still passing the
test. I did this by adding hidden dummy structs and imports.
2. If step 1 doesn't work, attempt to replace the `ignored` attribute
with the `no_run` attribute while still passing the test.
3. If step 2 doesn't work, keep the `ignored` attribute but add
documentation for why the `ignored` attribute was added.

normalize method for Rect (#10297)
# Objective

`normalize` method that expresses a rectangle relative to a normalized
[0..1] x [0..1] space defined by another rectangle.

Useful for UI and texture atlas calculations etc.

Change Urect::width & Urect::height to be const (#9640)
# Objective
The two functions

[`Urect::height`](https://docs.rs/bevy_math/latest/bevy_math/struct.URect.html#method.height),

[`Urect::width`](https://docs.rs/bevy_math/latest/bevy_math/struct.URect.html#method.width)
 are currently not const.
Since the methods are very unlikely to change (ever) and are useful to
be const for some games, they should be.

Add reflect impls to IRect and URect (#9191)
# Objective

This attempts to make the new IRect and URect structs in bevy_math more
similar to the existing Rect struct.

## Solution

Add reflect implementations for IRect and URect, since one already
exists for Rect.

Rename bevy_math::rects conversion methods (#9159)
# Objective

Some of the conversion methods on the new rect types introduced in #7984
have misleading names.

## Solution

Rename all methods returning an `IRect` to `as_irect` and all methods
returning a `URect` to `as_urect`.

## Migration Guide

Replace uses of the old method names with the new method names.
