Jasen Borisov 13aef05038 impl SystemParam for Option<Res<T>> / Option<ResMut<T>> (#1494) ... This allows users to write systems that do not panic if a resource does not exist at runtime (such as if it has not been inserted yet). This is a copy-paste of the impls for `Res` and `ResMut`, with an extra check to see if the resource exists. There might be a cleaner way to do it than this check.
