Remove unnecessary path prefixes (#10749)
# Objective

- Shorten paths by removing unnecessary prefixes

## Solution

- Remove the prefixes from many paths which do not need them. Finding
the paths was done automatically using built-in refactoring tools in
Jetbrains RustRover.
