Kanabenki dad379cdca Add a getter for asset watching status on AssetServer (#11578) ... # Objective - Closes #11490. - Allow retrieving the current asset watch behavior from the `AssetServer`. ## Solution - Add the corresponding getter. (also fixes some trailing whitespace).
